Description
The ocean contains a wealth of environments, the known and unknown, with creatures, shapes and forms both strange and beautiful.
It’s here that I find the greatest source of inspiration for my work.
I am exploring marine algae as a contemporary art form and utilizing printmaking methods to create symbiotic layers that intersect and challenge thought patterns.
For most people, seaweed is a nuisance and something to avoid.
My work presents a new awareness for consideration and explores our relationship with nature.
