About yacht photographer Cory Silken

Cory Silken is a yachting and luxury lifestyle photographer based in Newport and Boston. Silken regularly travels to the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and throughout the world for commercial and fine art projects. His dynamic and creative imagery appears in most of the major yachting and luxury lifestyle publications around the globe, and is published in numerous books. His clients range from local organizations to some of the top shipyards in the world. He also photographs regattas for title sponsors, and provides discrete, detail oriented service directly for superyacht owners. Beyond still photography, Silken offers full video solutions, whether working as a DP with a camera in hand or as a Producer for top marine industry filmmakers, to provide combined motion and still media solutions.

The Newport Artist Collective’s “Salon Series @ The Brenton Hotel” is held every Thursday night from 5:00 to 7:00 and highlights a different artist or gallery.
